I’m Janine.
I believe that you create the greatest impact when you lead from your strengths.
I spent years climbing the corporate ladder, navigating the high-stakes world of law, and working as sole legal counsel at multiple fast growing companies.
I know what it’s like to carry the weight of leadership. The pressure to perform, the unspoken expectations, the juggling act of showing up confidently while still figuring it all out.
But here’s what I also know:
Leadership isn’t about having all the answers — it’s about learning how to show up with clarity, authenticity, and intention.
After stepping away from law to launch my own coaching and consulting business, I channelled everything I’d learned about leadership, personal growth, and visibility into helping others do the same — but with more support than I had.
Today, I work with ambitious professionals and forward-thinking organisations to develop confident leaders who are ready to grow, communicate powerfully, and make meaningful impact — at work and beyond.
